Brunch. Beef and Beetroot stew.

Ingredients:
-100g minced beef 50p
-100g sweet potato 13p
-2 small beetroots 15p
-250ml tomato puree 18p
-herbs

-
1. Peel and slice the root vegetables.
2. Boil until tender. Pour away most of the water.
3. Add the tomato puree, herbs and beef.
4. Boil until as desired.

I likely didn't pour away enough of the water, but it was VERY nice anyhow! :)
