Use nut or soy-based creams if you don’t want/can’t have dairy.
-1/4 stick/62g of butter 25p
-1 small banana 8p
-1 avocado 50p
-some dried fruit/nuts/shredded coconut…
1. Peel and pit the avocado. Peel the banana.
2. Slice the avocado, banana and butter. Place briefly in the microwave to soften the butter.
3. Mash/blend together.
4. Stir in your topping of choice.
